What are included in the journal?

This Holistic TCM Self-Care Journal is a guided journal that helps you to explore all aspects of your self-care. It includes sections on physical, mental, and spiritual self-care. There is also another section for understanding your relationship with others, your home, and your environment, which are important aspects for overall being according to TCM. I give TCM-specific tips and tricks, as well as prompts to help you incorporate TCM self-care practice into your daily routine. 

The journal also has space for you to set goals for your self-care journey and track your progress. By journaling about your self-care, you will be able to identify areas that need improvement and make lasting changes to improve your overall health and well-being.

Do you sell print copy of the journal?

Sorry, not for now. There are a lot more logistics involved to create a print copy. 

This digital version is in high resolution and you can print it out easily! 

Having said that, if you are familiar with technology, I encourage you to use the digital version as we are saving the Earth by printing less. At the same time, I also totally understand the feel of a book is very different from a tablet! I get it! I love my books and love writing on paper too! 

What about the workshop? Is it necessary if I only want the journal?

No, this journal is standalone and self-explanatory. You don’ need to attend the workshop to start journaling with this journal. 

Having said that, you will gain more insights into what actually is TCM self-care practice if you attend tha workshop. The workshop will also give you the momentum to start your own self-care.

If you are super new to Traditional Chinese Medicine, many tips and tricks, and suggested self-care practices inside the journal may sound a little foreign to you. Therefore, I encourage you to take the workshop as I will explain all the ‘why’ and ‘how’ in depth in the workshop based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. If you join the workshop, I feel that you will feel more confident pracitising the suggested self-care practice in the journal. With more understanding and belief, I feel will give you better results.
