Hi, I’m Shirley — a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner and pharmacist in Australia, currently spending more time in Malaysia, where I’m reconnecting with my roots and supporting my family’s traditional herbal medicine legacy.

I grew up in our herbal shop and TCM clinic in Malaysia, learning from my late father — a respected TCM practitioner with over 50 years of experience. From a young age, I watched him help people with herbal medicine and time-tested wisdom — and that foundation shapes everything I do today.

Now, I teach online courses and run a global membership to help people confidently use Chinese Medicine in a safe, practical, and empowering way — through herbal teas, food therapy, and simple self-care you can actually stick with.

I also share free education on my YouTube channel, Chinese Herbal Pantry.
